While I never forget to update and schedule posts in my other blog, I seriously semi-abandoned this one. I had been so busy with work and with my other blog that I have put this blog aside.
On with the updates. We had a three day holiday that started last Sunday until yesterday. I loved staying at home and wish we’ll have these kind of continuous no-work days every now and then but alas, I am back to work and won’t have another off expect every Fridays and on January 1st.
I had a major headache yesterday afternoon which nailed me to bed. Usually, when I am at home and in bed, Pristine would demand play time with me. She would jump on me and beg me to get up and play with her even if I tell her that I’m dying. Well, yesterday was different, she actually understood that mom needs to be in bed and rest. She even put the blanket on me and kissed me goodnight. When I sneezed, she handed me tissues and a cup of water.
My mother told her not to inside my room so she won’t catch any flu virus I am spreading all over but you know what? She stomped her feet and told grandma, “my mom is sick and she needs me and I’m going to take care of her.”
