I am so sleepy right now. Yesterday was my day off and while sometimes we spend the whole day outside, in the beach or somewhere interesting, most of the time, we always go home in the afternoon to take a nap.

I am a big kid. I can’t survive Fridays or other days without work for that matter if I don’t nap for a couple of hours. I slept at 3 pm. Pristine was watching Polar Express on DVD, that’s all I remembered before dozing off. When I woke up at 6 pm (I told you I’m a big kid and a big napper!), she was sleeping beside me!

Of course by the time the lights were off at 10 pm, she was still wide awake, unable to sleep! She kept on tossing and turning on her bed, singing songs, humming or blurting out the lines in the movie. We all ended up sleeping at 3 am!!

And I have to wake up at 6:30 to be able to go to work.

Now, this is the main reason she should not have a nap in the afternoon!
