I was about to make 13 things I wanted for Christmas sort of list, to make a Thursday Thirteen post for today. Guess what, I am stumped because I realized that I actually don’t have 13 things to wish for. Not material things anyway. One moment I thought I wanted an iPod then again I thought, I *don’t* have time to use it (I am not taking the bus anymore) then I thought a bag or watch would be great but it won’t make me that happy as I am not into transferring contents of my bag to another on a daily basis. The watch I have now is functioning well so I don’t need a new one.

Some bloggers have talked about persons who are very hard to buy Christmas gifts for. I, on the other hand, should win an award for the easiest person to buy for. A journal can make me happy at the end of the year and since I got that for my birthday last month,  I am one happy soul already.

What else makes me happy? For one, my daughter not sick on her birthday (two days before Christmas) and the whole family together sharing time together at home on the holidays, that will definitely make me happy than all the sparkly wrapped gifts around.
